As the name suggests, this is an English dictionary app that can be used offline, although an internet connection is required to download the voice pack that will enable you to hear words and phrases out loud. Beyond that, the app is fully functional without an internet connection.
Between work, school, and family obligations I'm on the go a lot, and I appreciate the ability to look up unfamiliar words no matter where I am. I really like the fact that unlike some other apps, I don't have to depend on a wifi connection in order to use this app.
